What you missed on Monday

This past Monday, members of the Rotary Club of Windsor (1918) welcomed Leslie McCurdy, a Canadian actor, playwright, singer, dancer, and educator, with a career spanning more than 30 years.

Leslie is best known for her one-woman productions, including The Spirit of Harriet Tubman, which she has performed across Canada and internationally. Her presentation asked an important question: What would Harriet Tubman do today? Through her work, Leslie shared a perspective on leadership rooted in courage, action, and moral clarity.

We also recognized Jules Hawkins with a 3-sapphire Paul Harris Fellow!

Thank you to Leslie for an engaging and thought-provoking presentation, and congratulations to Jules on this well-deserved recognition.
