Dear Rotarians,

ShelterBox is responding in Gaza, providing emergency shelter and other essential items to people left with nowhere to live. As a humanitarian organization, ShelterBox must remain neutral and apolitical. We go wherever the humanitarian need of civilians is the highest, and right now that is in Gaza.

Currently, 1.4 million people are sheltering in collective centers and on the street, increasing their risk of disease, hunger and cold. We will be providing shelter, blankets, mattresses, kitchen sets, hygiene kits and more for people who have no belongings and are unable to return home, and those whose homes have been damaged. We need your support today to help provide shelter to those who have been affected by this conflict and other disasters around the world.

Responding in Gaza is very challenging, however ShelterBox has significant experience responding in complex crises and our aid is on route to the hardest hit areas now.

We are also liaising with Rotary leadership of District 2452 and Rotary connections in Egypt - many of whom have supported ShelterBox responses around the world in the past.

Your support makes a difference.

In addition to working to get vital aid into Gaza, we are also working in 11 other countries. Your club's donation ensures we can respond whenever disaster strikes.

As official Project Partners, Rotary and ShelterBox work together to ensure no family is left without shelter after disasters. Donating to ShelterBox allows Rotarians to take immediate action to help families affected by disasters around the world.

Please, donate now.

Donations can be made online though the button below, by sending an e-transfer to support@shelterboxcanada.org or by mailing a cheque to ShelterBox Canada - 200 - 2010 Winston Park Drive, Oakville ON, L6H 5R7. If you are sending a cheque in the mail, we recommend notifying us at support@shelterboxcanada.org so we can ensure it is received.
