Easter Baskets
In honour of Mark Donlon, we are continuing the Easter Basket tradition again this year to support children who utilize the services at Children’s First!
We encourage you to prepare your own baskets so that we can meet the deadline of Monday, April 3rd. Prepared baskets can be dropped off at the Monday meetings or at the Rotary office.
If you are interested in participating there are 2 options:
1. Empty baskets will be made available at the Monday, March 6th meeting
2. Purchase and fill your own basket (or two 😉). Please contact the office to be assigned an age group(s).
Please help us reach our goal of 40 baskets to donate to Children’s First.

Join World Community Service (WCS)
World Community Service Committee (WCS) welcomes new members interested in International projects!
Over the last few years, this committee has focused on projects primarily in Ghana, Tanzania, and India, as well as other projects in Haiti, Jamaica, Brazil and Sierra Leone.
These major projects were conceived with community consultations with the local people affected and a multi-year plan was created. The Club provides the committee funds with a budget - $27,000. For 22/23. These funds can often be matched with District and Rotary International dollars. WCS members have also privately raised most of the money spent in Ghana. These monies receive a tax receipt from our own Windsor Rotary Foundation.
Travel to our projects is encouraged. Team members pay their own way but do qualify for an Income Tax receipt for all expenditures connected with the projects.
Please contact Ron Arkell or Shari Cunningham if you are interested in joining WCS.
