Monday Recap

We were proud to welcome Chris Cheng, Head Coach of the University of Windsor Lancers Men’s Basketball team, as our guest speaker this week.

Chris shared his journey through coaching and leadership, offering insight into what it takes to build not only competitive teams, but strong, values-driven cultures. His commitment to consistency, discipline, and creating opportunities for others truly resonated with our members.

From developing student-athletes to representing Canada on the national stage, Chris continues to make a meaningful impact both on and off the court.

Thank you, Chris, for spending time with our club and for the leadership you bring to the Windsor community.
