Congratulations President David Sundin
Monday's meeting was extraordinary! We were honoured to have DG Nick Krayacich and ADG Suzanne Grouette in attendance, highlighting a bright future for the Rotary Club of Windsor (1918).
We bid farewell to President Allan as he passed the baton to incoming President David Sundin. Congratulations to our newly inducted President! We eagerly anticipate how your vision and leadership will propel our Club forward, achieving new milestones and continuing the legacy established by past Presidents.
Our meeting also welcomed the incoming 2024-2025 Board of Directors:
President Elect – John Curtin
President Nominee – Gord Drake
Past President – Allan Kidd
Secretary – Marcela Diaz
Treasurer – Denise Hrastovec
Sergeant-at-Arms – Neil Bear
Director – Jennifer Charron
Director – Mark Campbell
Director – Moe Pomerleau
Additionally, we celebrated Corey and Christopher Mancinone for receiving their Paul Harris Fellow awards, as well as Emma Bufton and Leona MacIntyre for their PHF +1 recognition. We are immensely grateful for their generosity and ongoing support of The Rotary Foundation.
We also warmly welcomed two new members, Dan Xiao and Prajwal Dhaubhadel. They have already made significant contributions to our fundraising and fellowship efforts, and we are honoured to have them in our club.
Finally, our Club said goodbye to our exchange student, Patrick, from Germany who has brought so much fun and laughter to our club! In his departure speech yesterday, he shared that this experience will stay with him forever, highlighting the great friends he has made, the generosity of his host families and the wonderful time he had during his exchange!
This meeting truly embodied the spirit of Rotary. Surrounded by so many dedicated leaders, we are inspired and motivated to continue our mission of service and community engagement.
We had two special visitors on Zoom for the meeting as well we would like to say hello to Lex and Walter Wilms! Thank you for joining us!
