While vacationing in Tanzania, Maureen spent October 24th, 2019 visiting Lydia and the other girls attending Sangiti Secondary School, checking out the Learning and Resource Centre legacy project, and visiting Joyce's family in Boma Ng'ombe. Timothy Massawe was a wonderful host and chauffeur and even went so far as to accommodate Geoff's love of flying and planes. The smiles and joy on the faces of all in these photos speaks volumes. Making these connections makes all of our efforts worthwhile. In Maureen's words - "I can't believe I'm here. Everything is so amazingly different. Sensory overload. Best day ever. My heart is full."
