below describes the mandate and activities of this Website Group subcommittee.
A weekly pictorial record of club activities has been assembled and is available on our web site at http://www.rotary1918.com/mtgevhis.htm
Website Group Photography Subcommittee Mandate
The Group shall undertake to provide photographic services to the club.
- Provide a Weekly Meeting Photographic Service
- Provide Website Pictures
- Take Roster Pictures as required
- Provide a Photographer for Event Pictures
- Produce selected Weekly printed reproductions from meetings and other Rotary events for Club members
- Provide Special Request Picture Files for Publicity Purposes
- Act as a caretaker for Historical Pictoral Records of Club Activities
- Produce CD picture collections for special events (e.g. President's Party, memorial tributes)
- Arrange periodic information meetings on matters pertaining to photography for group members and their guests and other interested Rotarians.
Printed pictures are made available to members each week.

In return,
a small contribution toward the printing expenses would be appreciated. GIve your donation to our Rotary Office Secretary
However,
the pictures are yours whether you care to donate or not
Extra printouts of any picture on our site are available on glossy paper, in 4 X 6 or 8 X 10 format, upon request to the webmaster

Rotary Historical Pictures
- Rotary (1918) introduces its' first female members, Evelyn Slobasky and Nancy Murray in the Rotary 1989-90 year.
- Rotary (1918) letter of invitation to membership to its' first female honourary member Mrs Evelyn Slobasky, in the Rotary 1988-89 year.
