Funding Requests Committee Mandate

The Funding Requests Committee shall:

• Receive and evaluate funding requests assigned to it by the Board
• Provide in a timely fashion written reports on funding evaluation projects

  Procedures:
  1. The General Manager acknowledges receipt of requests
  2. The Funding Committee meets in September and March to consider all requests
  3. Requests will be prioritized and recommendations will be prepared for consideration by the Board of Directors
  4. Final decisions are made by the Board of Directors
  5. The General Manager advises those who made the requests of the Board's decision
