Welcome to the Finance Committee Page. The information below describes the mandate and activities of this committee.

Finance Committee Mandate

The Finance Committee shall consist of:

• the Chairman, the Treasurer of the Foundation Fund
• the Club Treasurer
• the Chairman of the Fund Raising Committee
• the Chairman of the Bingo Committee
• the Chairman of the Adult Assistance Committee
• the Chairman of the World Community Service Committee
• the Chairman of the Art-In-The-Park Committee
• a member holding a Banking Classification

The Finance Committee shall:

• prepare the budget required in Article 10, Section 5
• undertake assignments of a financial nature committed to it by the President or the Board
• act in an advisory capacity to the Treasurer and Board in financial matters
