Our Speaker, Bernie Gorski, is president of Southwestern Ontario Vintners Association, an organization that works to improve the region’s wine industry
President Bill thanked thanked Maureen Lucas for her leadership role in organizing this year's Children's Fest and she in turn thanked her hard-working committee for their excellent work for the Fest. This year, the food court tripled its profit. The total profit for the 2009 event is projected to be about $8,000.
PP Shari Cunningham gave an update on President’s
Night and invited our club members to come and see our Past President, Romeo, properly roasted!
PP Peter Hrastovec announced that 37 tickets were
sold for ‘Tuesdays with Morrie’ and $185 is being
donated to the Club’s Foundation Fund.
