PDG Fred Sorrell introduced Arnie Charlton, Assistant District Governor for District 6400, who then introduced Terry Cloutier who is a Rotarian with Windsor St. Clair.

Arnie Charlton, Assistant District Governor for District 6400, introduced Terry Cloutier who is a Rotarian with Windsor St. Clair.

Terry Cloutier, a Rotarian with Windsor St. Clair, spoke about the partnership between Community Living Ontario (CLO) and Rotary. The goal of CLO is to provide employment for individuals with intellectual disabilities. "Rotary at Work" is a partnership between local Ontario Rotary Clubs and Community Living Ontario.
Terry introduced Nola Milan who is a motivational speaker despite a speech impediment.

Nola Milan, assisted by ADG Arnie Charlton, used her voice activated computer to give an electrifying talk on her experiences with her disability. Her audience responded with a standing ovation.
Nola has three university degrees and is currently working as an on-line instructor for St. Clair College. Nola also writes articles for a magazine on accommodations for persons with physical disabilities.
